20 クレジットカード決済をしようとしたところ、エラーになり購入ができない。
クレジットカード決済ができない状況となってしまい、申し訳ございません。
3Dセキュア画面で読み込みがずっと続く、「認証取引時にエラーが発生しました」などのメッセージが出る、といった事象は、カード発行会社側の処理による「3Dセキュア認証失敗」が原因と考えられます。
以下をお試しください。
ご利用環境（端末、ブラウザ、ネットワーク）を変えてお試しいただく。
特に、ブラウザの設定でポップアップブロックをされていると本人認証が行えないことがございます。
※海外利用者様に多くみられます。
お手持ちのスマートフォンのモバイル通信で再度決済をお試しいただく。
別のクレジットカードで再度決済をお試しいただく。
お客様から直接、カード発行会社まで本人認証が上手くいかない旨のお問合せをしていただく。
上記方法でも、どうしてもうまくいかない場合は、他のお支払い方法にてお申込みください。
3Dセキュア認証失敗の主な判定理由は、以下の通りです。詳細はご利用のクレジットカード会社に直接お問い合わせください。
ご利用のクレジットカードが「3Dセキュア」に対応していないため
ご利用のクレジットカードに「3Dセキュア」のパスワードを設定していないため
入力した「3Dセキュア」のパスワードが間違っているため
ご利用のクレジットカードを第三者が不正使用していると判断されたため
クレジットカード会社が弊社サイトでの使用を危険と判断したため
